Small Business Financing Advice

Have you considered a small business loan?  Venture capital (VC)?  Maybe you just plan on convincing your in-laws to loan you the money.

In any case, if you expect to sell someone on your idea, you better be prepared.  I came across this TED.com video by David S. Rose.  Rose has garnered millions in venture capital.  Although his talk is aimed specifically at pitching to VC’s, his advice applies equally well for bank loans, or even just convincing your in-laws that you’re actually worth investing in.  Take a look.  The full video lasts just under 15 minutes.
